In some facilities, entry access is required to pickup freight loads. The Amazon sorting centers requires a badge to access the loading and unloading of the freight box trucks and trailers. Make sure you receive the necessary authorization badge or ID prior to the load pickup.
After you have received you badge/ID please make sure you take it with you on ALL trips because you may pickup a load that does not require a badge at one location but require a badge at another location.

To reserve a badge/ID we need the below listed driver and assistant information:
- Drivers First and Last Name:
- Date of Birth:
- Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number:
- Email Address:
- Company phone number:
- Site (sorting center):
- Driver photo- provide a clear headshot using the guidelines below (Please be sure to name the photo as the name of the driver)
DRIVER PHOTO GUIDELINES:
Badge Photos should:
- Include the entire head as well as shoulders in a forward facing shot (no special angles)
- Not a picture of driver license.
- Have a solid white background
- Not include any hats or non-religious headwear, No Sunglasses, and No non-religious face coverings.
- Not include any filters or be a selfie​
